You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Please return items in their original packaging, if possible
• Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, is required

Certain products, such as those related to hygiene or safety, may not be eligible for return.

If your return request is accepted, our customer service team will provide detailed instructions for the return process. Return shipping costs may apply, except in cases where the item is damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please note that shipping fees paid at checkout are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
